I telled Mana that I did something special for people today - I held the door open for a bunch of people. Mana said that's what my daddy would do - acause he always did really nice things for other people. I'm just like him, you know?

It Snowed...
Did you get snow? I got snow!!! Me and Penny (my puppy) went to spend the night with Mary and when I got home today, there was snow!!! Mary didn't get any snow where she lives but I did. We went outside for a little while - most of it already melted. I got to throw some snowballs at my Papa and Mary too. Mana had the camera, so I couldn't throw any at her. My puppy and Duke liked the snow too.
I've been doing a lot of things. Let me tell you what I've been doing so you know. I finished basketball and got a big trophy (three weeks ago). I started playing baseball again and had try outs on Saturday (two weeks ago). I am on a team called Wildcats. It is coach's pitch now - I don't play t-ball anymore. So, I have real baseballs to play with and I have a new bat. Papa told me I was the youngest one on my team. We practice two times a week and the games start in March. I love baseball!
On February 2nd, I went with Mana because she said we had to do some errands. Guess what? She got me a puppy! I named her Penny Lucy Szari - I have three names and she has three names. She has grown a lot in just two weeks and eats a lot of food. I don't like that I have to clean up her poop sometimes and take her outside sometimes but Mana says I have to help since she is my dog. She is a lab, bull mastiff and hound all mixed. My other dog, Duke really likes her too and they play a lot together when she goes outside. She has to sleep in her cage in the day when I go to school. At night when she is calm, she lays with me sometimes when I watch TV. Penny has some toys that she likes - especially her rubber duck - because it squeaks. On Saturday, I have to sleep in my own bed and Penny will sleep with me then.
Monday, I don't have school - so I have three days off this time! Today (Sunday) I was supposed to go rollerskating but I've been pretty grumpy and tired, so Jenny is playing a Batman Lego TV game with me now instead. We will go skating another time. Mary is supposed to go with us. I asked My Jenny to go but she won't go - I asked her why - and she just laughs and says she can't skate. I know Jackson (Jenny's baby) won't care if she skates so I don't know why she won't skate.
On Friday night, I have a Cub scouts banquet and will get an award. Next Sunday, I am going with everybody to see Cherie and Rhylee and Braeden and Averie and Brad.

Happy Birthday, Daddy
Today is my Daddy's birthday! Did you know he is 27 today? I telled Papa we need a cake, and we buyed this GI JOE cake for my daddy's birthday. It was vanilla cake and I got to light the candles, cut the cake, and serve the cake! We singed Happy Birthday to my Daddy too. I know God is having a BIG party for him today in heaven.

Happy New Year!
Hello everybody! I am not so happy that I have to go to school tomorrow and that my break is all over.
I've been doing so much things! Thank you to all of you for my cool presents! Thanks to Grandpa and Gaga and Brandy and Nannie and Papa and Annie and Grandma and Granddaddy and to my Gram and Granddad for so much presents! I love all of it! I got all my presents stacked in a huge stack against the wall in my room. It looks like a big tower! Papa has been really busy helping me make some stuff. I maked gum, and a solar robot dog and lots of experiments. I'm working on my solar system too and Papa said we are gonna be busy for a really long time. Every day since Christmas, Papa has helped me make like three different things. Today, I taked a break and was playing games on the Kinect - Brett let me borrow some of his games and I played about 4 hours doing stuff. I played boxing with Papa today and knocked him out!! I am sort of excited about Friday acause that's show and tell day but I have so much cool stuff that I'm not sure what to bring first!
On New Year's Eve, Jenny's boyfriend (Brett) came over to my house and bringed lots of fire works. We shot some of them off and then me and Jenny and Brett made a fire outside and had s'mores. It was fun. I didn't stay up late though. My Papa's been sick so he didn't come outside to watch the fireworks. Mana did though.
I can hear God talk to me, you know? Do you hear God too? I can hear his voice. Two days ago, I telled Mana (while in bed) that I could hear Him talking and know what? He said my daddy loves me very much and is so proud of me (note: after that, he fell asleep and I was left with the sweet reminder that we are in his life for this time to be blessed by so very much).

My Gingerbread House
This morning, I maked a gingerbread house with My Jenny and Papa. We did lots of icing and put on candy pieces. I made a teddy bear on the side of the house. It was lots of fun. Then, at 10:30, I had my second basketball game. My team winned and I scored two baskets by myself!! My coach said I'm doing really good! After that, we had to buy groceries and then I helped Papa build rabbit cages outside in my pajamas! Last night, we went to the zoo in the dark acause they had lots of lights - like millions of lights! It was really cool. There were no animals out though - they went to bed. I did get to see snakes, lizards and fish though (Reptile House). Today I am sick. I have a bad cough and sore throat. Are you well? I telled Mana and Papa I couldn't go to school on Monday acause I'm coughing. Papa said "we'll see".

Advent Countdown...
Hello! My family and me are doing the Advent Countdown. Do you know what that is? We have these cards that tell us everyday what to do on each day. If you want to, you can do it with us. Here's the list for you...
Day 5 Do something special for a family member that makes their life easier.
Day 6 Watch 'It's a Wonderful Life' together with your family in your PJs and eat popcorn
Day 7 Make/decorate a Yule Log (my Papa drilled holes in a log for candles and stuff)
Day 9 Make Salt Dough Ornaments for the tree (we have a snowflake cookie cutter for ours)
Day 10 Paint salt dough ornaments and put some ribbon on and hang on a tree
That's some days for you. I can give you some more days later. I am getting tired of standing here with Mana. Did you see the picture of that white teddy bear? On Day 2, we shopped for a toy to buy for someone who doesn't have no presents. At my school, we have a Christmas stocking and we buyed three matchbox cars for it. Mana buyed the white bear for me to take to the fire station to give to some kid when there is an emergency. BUT, I want to keep the bear now and don't want to give it away. It is really soft.
Oh, know what? The tooth fairy came again! Actually, she was too busy acause I lost my tooth on Thanksgiving and she didn't come. The next morning, there was a note from her!! She didn't forget to come - she just was taking a break acause it was a holiday. And know what? She brought me this golden coin - it's a dollar. I know other people don't have these. The note said my tooth was very special and that's why I got a special coin. I'm going to take it to show and tell on Friday to show my teacher and class! I'm going to take the note too!!

Basketball and things...
Did you know I'm playing basketball again? I am! Tonight was my first practice. I will practice again on next Wednesday after Thanksgiving and my games start soon. There's a lot of people on my team - I think about 12.
Are you ready for Turkey Day? In my school, I'm learning about the Pilgrims and Indians. The Indians teached the Pilgrims how to plant corn. Do you know about that? You put fish in the ground and then put the corn seeds in the ground too. The fish would stink really bad, right? That's not how my Papa plants corn. Maybe he should try that - with stinky fish.
I'm going to my Gram and Granddad's house for Thanksgiving. Mana already started making pies and she made two Pumpkin Pies without me. :( I'm going to help her make a chocolate cake, and pumpkin cookies and apple pie. I'm going to help my Papa make pecan pie and cook some chickens and a big turkey in the big grease pot outside.
You know my Papa has been in Texas and I've been helping my Mana do the animal stuff. At night, we shut up the chickens. In the morning we get eggs and feed the chickens and baby chicks - but they're not so much babies anymore - they are half grown. We feed the rabbits food and give them hay. I help my Mana fill up the chicken's water too. She says I've been a big help. I wake Mana in the morning and we go down to take care of the animals together. Papa comes home tomorrow sometime, so we won't be doing it past tomorrow. I told Mana to leave the eggs for Papa to clean too, but she said she needs to help Papa and clean the eggs. Papa needs something to do when he gets home, right?
I'm doing my homework now. All I got left is to read some pages with my Mom. I'm taking a break first to eat tomato soup and a toasted cheese sandwich first before I read.
Oh, one more thing ~ I got 3 baby fish that's orange in my fish tank. Now, I have a black molly, a spotted molly, a mickey mouse fish (acause you can see the mickey head and ears near it's tail), an algae eater, and 3 orange baby fish. My two golden snails in the tank died.

My first race!
I stopped four different times to wait for Mana to catch up. Then, I runned again. Finally, close to the end, I didn't wait for Mana anymore and crossed the finish line by myself. Jenny went too - she taked our pictures. At this race, I got this cool wing pin - you see it? It's what pilots have too! I had a good time running. I got a special race shirt too, but you can't really see it acause my bib number is in the way.
After the race, Mary picked me up and guess what?!! We went to a Gamecocks football game! Mary buyed me this cool Gamecock sweatshirt and hat. I got to watch the whole game - they won you know! It was 24 to 7. After the game, we went to Mary's house and watched Sponge Bob and then came home. It was a really good day!
My Shoebox Gift...
Did you know you could get a shoebox and make it a present? You can. You take a shoe box, pick if you want it to be for a girl or boy, and put toys and stuff in the box. It will go to another country, okay? Mana said it's called 'Operation Christmas Child'. So, we went to Michael's and I found this cool stuff for a boy. I buyed him a gummy sucker, a wooden puzzle, some crayons and notebook, a cool yo-yo toy, some slipper socks, a squishy Christmas ball with a light that lights up when you throw it, some jacks with a different ball and some other stuff that I can't remember now. It almost didn't fit in the box. Then, my Mana helped me write a little card to go in the box to my new friend. I think my box went to Africa. Have you ever done that? You can if you want to.

My family visit...
Did you know my Grandpa, and Gaga, and Austyn and Brandy came to visit me? Yep! They did! They came Friday night to my house and picked me up and taked me to the hotel. Then, they comed with me to my game on Saturday and then everybody went to do the corn maze. You see that picture? There's this really big black slide that everybody can slide on. My Gaga slided but not my Grandpa. My Papa slided too but Mana didn't this time acause she was taking the pictures. We did lots of fun things at that farm. We bounced on these little horses (so did my Gaga and Mary!), we rided tricycles around, we raced little rubber ducks (mine was blue), climbed all over things and in things, swung on tube swings and played on the slide. We got gatorade too! I had a great time!
My last soccer game...
I had my last game on Saturday (yesterday). My team didn't win but we don't win acause we play against some kids that are bigger acause they are 8 years old. Me and my team have lots of fun though. I have 6 other people on my team and we all go to the same school. There's one girl on my team too. We posed to have a party maybe next week at Cici's to celebrate. I got my trophy at my last game too. See?

HULK SMASH!!
You see me? Did you know that was me????? It is!!! I am HULK SMASH!! I got big muscles!! Tonight is Halloween and I am going trick-or-treating with my Moma and my friend Landon and his Moma. I got lots of green makeup on my face and hands. You see my black hair too?
I weared my costume to school today too, but no green makeup on my face at school. My friends thought I looked cool. I had a big party today too and already got lots of candy!!!

My First Love Letter...
Papa taked me to school yesterday and there was this note on my desk. Papa readed it to me. It was from Gracie in my class. I felt embarrassed and when I got home Papa telled Mana I got a letter from a girl. Mana asked me what the letter said but I didn't want to say. I telled her it said Gracie loved me and had a crush on me. That's all I telled Mana. Mana laughed and said I would get lots of love letters. I don't want any love letters! Mana said that I was wonderful and she loved me and that because I was wonderful, other people loved me too. I telled Mana only people at home could say they loved me. No one else!
Note: He was pleased to inform me that Mrs. Moody talked to Gracie about the letter - and that she had gotten in trouble two times now! :)

I am grumpy...
Did you know right now, I feel grumpy? I am really tired and was crying when I talked to Brandy today, and then cried all the way home because I acted messy in the grocery store and didn't get to spend my quarter on candy. I am still some grumpy acause I am working on my homework with my Papa. Do you get grumpy sometimes? I telled Mana it's because I am really tired and my neck hurts.
Right now, I am working hard on my oral book report that I have to do in my school on Friday. My book that I'm doing is called 'God's Mighty Warrior' by Sheila Walsh. That's what I am, you know. I am God's Mighty Warrior. He helps me do good stuff and protects me. I get to take my cape and helmet and sword for my book report. I get to draw some picture of regular armor - this protects your body. I get to draw a picture of God's armor too - that protects your heart. We can wear God's armor if we ask Him to put it on us every day. Now, Papa is reading me the story again. But I am still grumpy. My Mana will make me some heart cookies and me and Jenny are going to put icing in the shape of a shield on the cookies.
I've been doing lots of things. Did you already know I got my Bobcat patch? I got it on my camping trip. I had to memorize three hard things. I'm still practicing soccer on Tuesday night and sometimes my Papa who is my coach lets the parents play with us.
My hamster is good. I help change out his cage but I still don't like to do it. It's yucky!
We have 26 baby chickens now. We 'posed to have some baby ducks too. My Papa buyed this inculator (incubator) and we put lots of eggs in it a few weeks ago. Almost all the chicken eggs already hatched but the duck eggs take longer to cook in there. Two of the baby chicks died - we don't know why - one had a weak leg and one never got out of it's egg.
Me and Duke (my dog) play lots together. He likes to lay in the bedroom in the morning while I am eating breakfast and watch TV. He's a good chaser of things like sticks and pecans and balls and most of the time he will bring the stuff back to you that you throw but sometimes not.
I am coming to VA in three days for the pumpkin cut! Did you know that? Are you coming too? I am going to cut a pumpkin with Rhylee and Braeden and they are coming on the trip with us. I get to bring my pumpkin back home from Virginia. I will see lots of people that is my family when I am there too. For Halloween I am going to be HULK!! My Mom buyed me a costume and big hands and green paint for my face.

Be careful...
Did you know in the winter your heart can get so cold that it can freeze and your blood pressure will go down? You know what happens? Your heart gets really cold that it freezes and your blood pressure can go way down - it can go all the way down to your feet. And know what? That is NOT GOOD! Then all the color goes away from you too. That happened to me once. I don't remember when but it happened.
Something else too - did you know gorillas eat ticks? They eat lots of gross stuff too. One was picking his nose!

Rhylee's Birthday
Did you know my cousin, Rhylee, turned 5? I am always going to be older, right? Cause when she turns six like I am now, I will already be 7. I will be bigger than her too. I'm going to be big like my daddy! At Rhylee's party, we had cake that was a dress of a barbie doll. Have you seen that before? They make the cake and put the doll in the middle and the cake is her dress. Wanna know something funny? That doll was naked - she didn't have no clothes on! The bottom cake part that was around the doll had pink see through paper (saran wrap) around her. Rhylee's Meme made the cake for her. It was pretty cool. We played outside and with Rhylee's new toys. I like playing with Rhylee a lot.

My week....
We were 'posed to go to the mountains last weekend to Yogi Bear Camp in NC. I like this camp a lot and we stayed there last year too. But when Papa was loading the car, I pulled my shirt up cause I was a little itchy, and I had lots of spots all over my chest and tummy. Papa and Mana thought it might be chicken pox and we didn't go on our trip. We didn't pick apples either. Me and Papa were reading about chicken pox and I get to stay home 10 days from school!!!!! I like having the chicken pox!
Well, today is Monday and we went to the doctor and he doesn't know what I have. He said it doesn't look like chicken pox and I've had two shots for the chicken pox. The doctor said I had to go back to school. :( Papa said I could stay out Tuesday though since I was already going to be out of school because I was going to the mountains. We watched movies and played some games and laid around the house Monday and Tuesday.
Wednesday and Thursday I went to school. On Thursday, my Papa and Mana took me to a different doctor cause my rash was still there but getting better. And, you know what??? I have the chicken pox!! I was happy until Papa asked the doctor if I should stay home and he said no because I wasn't contagious anymore. :(
On Friday, we had show and tell at my school and I weared my whole bee suit to show my friends! Papa bringed a picture to show them of me and him standing around the bee houses in our bee suits. I telled them what we did with the bees and they don't sting you. My friends liked my bee suit.
Saturday, first I went with Papa and Mana to Mana's short work for a little while and me and Papa picked out some supplies while Mana worked. Then, Papa went home and Mana took me to a birthday party. It was lots of fun - they had the party at a place called 'The Plex' and inside the building was bouncy houses, and slides, and games and lots of things. I climbed some up this mountain thing and when I got half way up I got a little scared and slid down the rope. I did it two times. Mana said I went high! Then, they strap you in this bouncy thing where you can jump up and down and they lift you in the air some and it's like you are jumping up and down in the air. After the party, I wanted to roller skate some there too, so Mana helped me and we stayed another 90 minutes roller skating. I needed lots of help because I kept falling. I practiced a lot and Mana said I was doing great! You know what? On the 5th time, I went all the way around the rink without holding Mana's hand! I fell down lots but I didn't hold her hand. So, Mana is going to pick me up at carpool on Monday and take me to Sonic because that was the deal.

Bowling
Last Sunday afternoon we went bowling for all my good 'A'+'s! We had a good time. I made some strikes too! Mary and Papa and Mama and me and my Mana were all there. We bowled for two hours and it was lot's of fun! We had the guards up (bumpers) so it could help everybody with bowling. Some times, we bowled to see how many times you could hit the guards before knocking down the pins. I won that game - I hit the guards 7 times!! And, the lady at the bowling place had to go get my ball because it stopped and didn't knock down anything. So, then she rolled it down the rest of the way and I got a strike! Two things I won - the seven times and the strike!!! Everybody laughed.
