What I been doin'....

Yesterday was Saturday and I worked in the yard some with my Papa.  Me and Papa digged this big hole - it is for our fish pond.  The deep part comes up to my legs past my knees.  There is a morning zone and a night zone to the fish pond.  The morning zone is the shallow part where the fish go in the morning.  The night zone is the deep part where the fish go at night.

Did you know in 7 days I am going to the beach?  My Papa and Mana buyed me a suitcase with a handle and wheels.  It has baseball and sports on the suitcase.  I needed one when I go to the beach.

Today is Sunday and we watched a movie and played in the pool.  Tomorrow I get to make some tie dye shirts with my Mom because she is not working. 

My picture of Daddy...

I taked a picture to school today to show my friends my Daddy. It's the one of me and Daddy in our hunting clothes.  We got orange hats.  I have growed up a lot acause I was little in that picture.  I'm much bigger and taller now.  I got big muscles.  I showed the picture of my Daddy to my friends and then Papa took the picture back home acause I don't want it to get broke - it has glass in it.  My one friend, Aaron liked the picture a lot.  I don't get to see my Daddy for a long time.  But I think my Daddy can see me and I know my Daddy loves me a lot!

What's your favorite animal?

My favorite animal is a hamster.  I woke up early this morning (Saturday) just to tell Mana that, while I was sleeping in her bed.  I said, " Mana!  Mana!"  and she said "What?"  and I said (in loud whisper) "What is your favorite animal?"  She said "a dog.  What's yours?".  And I said "A hamster".  Then, I went back to sleep again.

How to build a Robot Dog...

(As told to Papa and Mana on the way to Summer Camp on Friday)

You get a long piece of metal and you cut some strips.  You glue the tail on the fat part of the dog on his body and you have to wiggle it some so it will be loose and can move.  Then you glue the pieces together for the dog's body.  After that, you need to put a robot head on the dog.  You cut the head out and then glue it on too.  The dog needs eyes and nose and mouth.  You can glue those on too.  You can pick if it's a happy mouth, a mad face mouth, or a surprise mouth.  I would pick a mad face.  Then, you have to paint the dog or glue fur on.  You can use any color paint you want.  But if you use paint, you can't put fur on too.  I would pick paint because then you'd have more choices in how it could look.  I would paint it white with black spots (like dalmatians) but you have to start with black paint first.  Then, you have your robot dog.  It can do tricks.

Today (Friday) is my Annie's birthday - did you know?  I don't know how old she is.  She might be 26 like my Daddy, but I didn't ask her that.  I hope she had a good day today!  Are you ready to sing to Annie with me?  Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday dear Annie.  Happy Birthday to you!  And many more - on channel four! 

Last night we went to a Blowfish baseball game.  It started raining a lot and we had to sit under this big roof thing.  It was cool though because some people covered the field with this big plastic thing - they covered all the bases and the dirt.  Then after lots of rain came, the baseball players were out in their red and blue shorts and they were sliding across the top of the plastic thing on their stomachs.  It was cool.  It rained for a while (an hour) before they started playing baseball again. And, there was lightning and thunder too.  After that though there was this big rainbow and we could see the whole thing - where it started and ended.  I got to walk all around on the bleachers in the rain when it wasn't raining hard.  I went all the way down the steps to the bottom and then came all the way up to the top again.  There wasn't much people there for the game.  We ate at Sonic too and I had chicken and a milkshake. My Papa buyed me a Blowfish t-shirt so now I have a shirt and hat just like the baseball players.  I wanted to bring my bat for some of them to sign but we forgot to bring it.  Mana said next time we will.

Hello, Everybody!  How are you doing?

Know what I'm doing?  I'm reading to my Papa right now!  I am reading a book my Grandpa and Gaga gave me - it's called Mouse Soup.  It's a funny story.  I like it better when Mana reads to me cause it's much faster.  The weasel in the story wants to make mouse soup with this little mouse he caught.  But the mouse is tricky and tells the weasel he needs some stories to make the soup taste good and that he needs bees and mud and crickets and when the weasel gets all that stuff and comes home, the mouse wasn't there acause he sneeked out while the weasel was looking for that stuff.  And the weasel has mud all over him and bee stings.  That's funny, right?!

My Mama buyed me some fake dog poop.  Mana said when my Mama was little, she had fake dog poop too.  I telled Mana we need to put it on Papa's pillow at night - shhh! that's a secret!  That will be funny, right?!  Don't tell, okay?

I'm going to get in my swimming pool in a little while. It's my swimming pool because Mana said everything here belongs to me, except I don't think her makeup belongs to me.  I don't want that.  But the couches, and food, and stuff and beds are all mine.  I have lots of stuff!

In the Fall, did you know, I get to go to the mountains again?  We are going to Yogi Bear campground again like we went last year.  And, we might can take Rhylee with us.  We might sleep in the loft but I don't know that yet.  

I have two fish left in my fishbowl.  When they die, it's okay because Papa said if they die, he will buy me a hamster.  I want a hamster and (another secret - don't tell) when I make wishes, it's for a hamster.  My rabbit (Robin) is doing good - he still lives outside next to the other rabbits.  The mama rabbit that we had died acause she got too hot - that's what Papa said.  So, now we have to wait until some other girl ones grow big so they can be a mama.  

It's been really hot here.  I know it's been really hot where you are too.  Maybe you need a pool!  When you have a pool, you can get cooled off.  Tomorrow night, I'm going to a baseball game again.  I'm going to take my bat so I can see if some baseball players can sign it for me.

Camp day...

Today, I went back to my school to camp.  Next week is my 'Creatures of the Sea' camp where I get to learn about dolphins, and crabs, and sharks, and fish and that stuff.  I am excited to learn that stuff and I will tell you about what I learned next week.

Right now, me and Papa are out in the pool.  We were posed to do fireworks tonight but Papa said I got to go to bed early acause last night I was up until really late, and the night before that I didn't go to bed until 11:00 cause of the baseball game.  I'm not tired though.  Mana said I'd be grouchy this morning but I told her I wouldn't be (but I was a little bit and my head hurt too).  

I'm eating corn on the cob tonight.  My three tooths at the top are loose but I can still eat my corn.  You just bite it on the side.  Do you know how to do that?  

It's 99 degrees outside.  It's been really hot.  I know it's been really hot where you live too cause I talk to Brandy and she said so.  They go swimming lots like me.  Brandy and Austyn want to come swimming in my pool with me.  They can come.  You can come too.  We got some floats.  If there's not much room, we can take turns getting in the pool.  Papa can cook some stuff on the grill too.

Happy 4th!!

So, what are you doing today on July 4th?  I am having a cook out at my house.  Cherie, and Brad, and Rhylee, and Braden, and Gram, and Granddad, and my Papa, and my Mana, and Mary and Jenny are here.  My Mom had to work today.  But tonight, she's going to take me to a fair and watch fireworks!  

Did you know I went to a baseball game yesterday?  It was the Blowfish.  We went with everybody to the game and ate peanuts and snacks and had gatorade.  At night, they had really big fireworks and some music.  It was so cool!  Know what else?!  Papa got us seats next to the dugout and after the game, one of the baseball players signed my shirt for me.  His name is Fredrico and he is from Italy and he is going to college somewhere around here.  Cool, right?  I didn't have a ball for him to sign, but Papa said that next time we come, I can bring my Blowfish ball and ask somebody to sign it for me.  We all weared flag t-shirts to the game and we matched each other.  I had a blue shirt.  Mana buyed red ones, blue ones and white ones and they all had our flag on the shirt.  Mana took some pictures so maybe she'll put one up for you to see what we looked like.

I swimmed in the pool yesterday too.  We had a great time!  I knowed my Daddy could see the fireworks and my Daddy loves me very much.
